• Appearance sorting & Grade: All incoming raw materials are inspected in rigorous standards. The empties are sorted and graded, including appearance sorting; and are inspected by the first full printing test. 
• Matching test: Extensive matching tests are conducted in different extreme environments and the post-lifecycle test to make sure all the replaced components work harmoniously. 
• Performance test: All the key parts including OPC,Wipe Blade,Doctor Blade,Magnetic Roller and PCR are tested by the advanced new equipment and dealt with. 
• Sand blasting and Re-coating: Every damaged Roller or OPC is sand blasted or recoated to make sure they can perform well during the next lifecycle. 
• Sealing: Each cartridge is sealed with a sealing strip and inspected by the new advanced facilities and testing processes for airtight t to avoid toner leakage. 
• Assembly: All the components are assembled and mutual inspection is applied to ensure the quality control. New special technologies and new advanced facilities are applied. 

Premium product comes from producing, not inspection.

• Training beforehand: Our workers must go through a rigorous training beforehand, ensuring all of them skilled operators, to minimize human error.  
• Ahead beta test before mass producing: Our products will be conducted beta test before mass producing, through analyzing and comparing the testing data, determined the feasibility of the product, if ok, we do mass producing. 
• In the process of mass producing, PQ1 will verify the Ahead beta test, and the same time, guaranteed every cartridge is tested by printing on the production line. Its the second full printing test. 
• Sampling test again: Every production batch is sampling tested by a 2% rate and the samples will undergo 200 pages printing test. Sampling rate even raises to 5% for brand name products. It’s the third time printing test. 

Each cartridge is antistatic and moisture proof packaging in a special black bag to make sure the OPC is well protected before use, and we Inspect the labels and packing in this part, ensured the physical and labels unanimously.
